Ambien has stopped working for me

I have only been taking it a few weeks and it doesn't make me fall asleep anymore. What else can I do?

spiritualgirlygirl I've been taking Ambien for a couple of years now. For the most part it seems to work, but there are occassional nights that I feel like I haven't even taken it. Some nights within 10 mins. I feel a little drowsy and then there are other nights that I lay in...

Managable Level Of Depression

It is OK if your depression level is manageable. However if it goes beyond , it is manic depressive symptoms which require psychiatric counseling .

spiritualgirlygirl I agree. It's just so hard even when it's manageable. Or maybe sometimes we think it's manageable and it's really not - we should be in counseling. Learn the symptoms and how progressed it is because depression is not something to "just wait and see."
