Ambien has stopped working for me

Managable Level Of Depression

It is OK if your depression level is manageable. However if it goes beyond , it is manic depressive symptoms which require psychiatric counseling .

spiritualgirlygirl I agree. It's just so hard even when it's manageable. Or maybe sometimes we think it's manageable and it's really not - we should be in counseling. Learn the symptoms and how progressed it is because depression is not something to "just wait and see."
