Mohd Shahey I'm very sure this tip gonna works on you. Why don't you fasting just like the Muslim did. They took breakfast before dawn and have meal after dusk. There will be no eat throughout the day. Try this and see the difference.

well its summer time here in India and its scorching hot. Temperature goes upto 50 degrees celsius/ 122 fahrenheit. Going out in the afternoon is almost impossible. what about the weather in your country?
