stockfctommy i have heard around 4 litres for a fairly active person, i try to drink this much, it definitely makes me feel more energised.

stockfctommy absolutely amazing film! some of the best action scenes i have seen in a long time and this film really gets you geared up. bit strange tho in places eg. some of the persion creature tings!? but the action is incredible.

stockfctommy i belive the film gladiator shows alot about bravery and commitment from maximus, but not so much cowardice from the emporors son and instead insane ambition and jealousy.... but yeah the emporors son is a bit of a wuss.

stockfctommy its all about semi skimmed, best of both worlds, milk is my favourite drink and as a skinny kid trying to gain weight milk was a life saver!
