When you read for entertainment, are you looking for something light and easily consumed, such as a romance, or do you prefer to be challenged? I'm not referring to extremely difficult classics such as "Dante's Inferno" or "Bleak...

stuckinthemiddlewu A good book to me can include a lot of different things you mentioned above. I love a book where the language just flows and is more like prose; I really good example is Fight Club by Chuck Palahniuk. The characters have to feel real and for me I have to...

Mine's really weird. Manytimes, my dog gets so excited to welcome me home, she scatters her pee all over the place while she scrambbles to jump at me to get my attention.
I'm not sure if this is normal. What do you think?

stuckinthemiddlewu What's actually happening is called "submissive urination". It usually occurs with a dog that very submissive with its owners and it does this because urinating in front of the "alpha" pack members is a sign that it excepts its position in the pack. While we...

Do you suppose that dogs are capable of defacating or urinating inside your home to spite you for something you have or have not done? When I was a child I didn't let the dog out before I went to school and he defacated on my bed....

My five week old kittens have started pee'n on the bathroom floor. The litter box is one of those Buda ones and it's too high for them to get in. Does momma kitty put them in to show them or do i need to get another litter box?

stuckinthemiddlewu I would get them a shorter litter box. Then put them in yourself, take their little paws in your hand and make them scratch at the litter (since this is a natural thing that cats do after they go to the bathroom they should recognize it as natural & start to...

Prisoner of Azkaban - they (directors)did not show in the movie how Sirius Black escaped from prison.
Goblet of Fire - they did not show how other contestants battle the dragon

I think that for all the hype about the yellow eyed demon, he was killed off pretty quickly. It just seemed anticlimatic to me. Don't get me wrong, I liked the episode, but I just feel like all the buildup was wasted. What do you...
