Anyone have a sibling that does mean things to them because of jealousy? I have a sister who is jealous of me and it causes her say things that are cruel and not true about me. She is constantly overstepping personal boundaries...

successful1 Jesus wept. It's good to cry...it releases toxic, pent-up emotions. The reason for it...that's a good question! Hard to say. We are what we eat...and sugar blues is real during the 'let down' phase after eating sugar. Stress can cause crying sessions....
