sudheer1110 Hi Yes, i have tried reinstalling and formatting the C drive not once but did it 3-4 times but the problem remained as it is. For the reason why I am using two OS please refer to above response.

sudheer1110 hi makemoneonline, My pc is almost 4-5 yrs old. If the problem was due to the temporary files in RAM, the problem might appear in both the OS but the problem is with the first one only. second one is working perfectly.
