superjae Yes, only the person chosen for best answer gets the money, everyone else gets nothing. That's the part that's frustrating I guess, since you can give a good answer but in the end you really have no control over whether or not you get picked.

superjae But it won't be using a paypal account twice.. I think they just wants someone to transfer money into THEIR paypal account so they'll be paying with their own account.

superjae Your "we don't want your review, send it to someone else" message means that you wrote less than 200 words. I'm not sure why they don't just tell you that, but just add a few more lines and you should be able to submit. I'm nearing payout! :D
