supermay1977 its not being stupid helping others. As a matter of fact it is our obligation as a true christian to help those who are in need.God gave as so many blessing so why don't we share it especially to those who needed it most.

supermay1977 What else can i ask for? My husband is a very Hard working man. Aside for that he is very patient and understanding to me. Thats why I love him so much and we just celebrated our 16th yr. anniversary last month.

supermay1977 There are many precious moments that we shared together. Being with him all the time. Sharing are hopes,dreams and experiences are just some of it. The most memorable for me is our wedding day, its the most happiest thing that I had in my life.

supermay1977 Try to avoid stress, because that is one factor that decrease are learning capabilty.Always hook yourself in mind puzzles. And take B- vitamins which is good for our brain. I hope it helps.

supermay1977 Always eat healthy foods like fruts and veggy, avoid salty and fatty foods.Have a regular exercise everyday. Thats what my doctor advised me.
