suria5231 yes i think you are right there. My friend does NOT have computer net experience so it is a bit slow explaining but I guess its like everything.. Good planning will be the thing to remember. Thanks again for your advice. Appreciate it very much.

suria5231 Yes I think if your paypal account is unverified you can still receive money into your account. You are limited only when you send money out from your account later unless you get your account verified.
