susanz I was absent for mylot for a long time, then I will receive mail from mylot everyday I was not in mylot.Now I come back again.It is a useful method to call me back.It is really help me to study more.Thanks everybody here.

susanz usually i watch TV when i have my meals.every night after exercises i have a seat for rest and prepare a glass of water to watch TV.i feel very comfortable. i enjoy it very much.

susanz in my opinion, take a variety of food when you have meals.take encough vegetables and fruits which have encough vitamin.but if you are sick for the short for one or two vitamins,you have to take vitamin tablets then.if you are health,you do not have to take...

susanz if the work is not so emergency you can take a 15 minites sleep.it is ok to drive away your sleepy.actually if you sleep too long, you would not get out of sleepy completely,i promise.
