swecchi true, but am thinking about the benefits provided by the company can be fair really fair to all of its employees. Some companies tried flextime in order to make it family friendly or even leaves with pay if necessary.

swecchi Im not scared of death. In the first place, why would you be? If you know its your time it will be you're time. Surely you'll leave your love ones, but life is just temporary. you'll not go to hades if you die. It is just on the matter of how you belive....
