recently i find a good way to lose weight ,which is you only have lunch everyday and do not eat anything after 6:00 pm.you will lose weight fleetly.in the past two years i take this way to lose weight more than 10kg .so i think...

syrinxtyt mh...i think if you really feel hungry and can not bear all night without eating anything.you can eat some fruit such as apples,pears ,low-fat milk and so on.but you'd better not eat anything 3 hours before you go to bed!!!
