How many hours we normally sleep.

I sleep whenever I get a chance in my tight schedule. What about u guys. How many hours u sleep and is it Enough? Most ppl like to have 8 hrs of sleep but is it helpful to get 5 or 6 hrs. Medically its not good but what do u think...

taralynn I personally LOVE to sleep , unfortunatley that changed about a year ago with the pregnancy and birth of my daughter. She only sleeps about 6 hours a night and wakes about the same amount of times. Ive developed very dark rings under my eyes and blotchy skin...
