tashabear01 I definately wouldn't flush them nor would I just shoot them in the garbage if someone or someones pet did get a hold of them there could be some extreme consequences. Call your pharmacy and ask them if they know of where you could bring them to be exposed of...

tashabear01 Carmetaf, It will come off, you are doing good, I know that it is hard, I have struggled with the same 30lbs for about 3 years now. You have to remember that we didn't just wake up one day and had put on the weight, it's going to take longer to take it off....
