tashabear01 I have lost weight from walking and cutting out the "bad carbs" and replacing them with a better carbohydrate choice. Don't get me wrong if I wanted chocolate or chips I would eat them just not the whole bag or the whole bar, I would share and I wouldn't do it...

Do you sleepwalk or think you sleepwalk? For some reason I fear sleepwalkers/sleepwalking. I think it's because when I was a kid I heard about someone that had been sleepwalking and killed one of their family members or something....
