taylorok I have permed my hair, many years ago in the late 80's. My hair is wavy to begin with but I wanted the spiral look. I know, embarassing! The problem with perms is that they fry your hair and they don't go away. They grow out! So you can end up with half a head...

taylorok I will share that if you are going to whiten your teeth, that the strips are not the way to go. The problem is that they cover the teeth but do not sit down in the crevices between them. You end up with white fronts and yellow cracks. The dentist is the way...
