tesllian everytime you eat, make sure you don't think your drink right away after you finish your meal.. drink should only be taken in about 30mins after you finish ur meal.. this is kinda hurtful, but yet really works.. =) try it!

tesllian the first thing i'll ensure that my surrounding is quiet.. then, i'll make a cup of coffee and start studying when i'm sure that i'm already calm.. then, while 'm reading, i'll try my best not to let my mind gets carried away with other things or problems.
