Hey guys...I accidentally deleted my user account on my laptop,My music,my pictures & documents are saved on that account.. Is there any way to retrieve my files back? Thank's for all the help!

Where does a file go after you deleted if from your recycle bin?

I'm not a very tech person,so im wondering where does it go after a file is deleted in your recycle bin? does it go somewhere on your hard drive or is it gone forever?
