when i go to people house and they offer me something to drink i refuse it unless i see them opening it,that way i know they never drink from that container-i usually ask if they have something in a can or a bottle of water

is light beer more or less filling, i drink either one now and then,they both make me feel bloated and pee a lot,i think they are the same thing in a different can, but i don't drink that often to really know the difference
