Always lots of hacks for getting things done online. One I have seen is to bake your eggs in muffin cups. I did this for this week, so only six eggs. I am not impressed, but I will eat them. I like it better if I scramble them...

Amber I used to cut up onions, peppers, and whatever else I had and scramble them in the eggs before I baked them in the muffins tins (like you said). I loved the little egg muffins that resulted. I hope you have a great day!
