It is difficult for me to take cold showers, not even in summer, I always prefer it warm but during winter there is nothing like a hot bath to make me feel relaxed.
Cold showers are better for us, to our immune system, to our skin...

A cashier at a particular grocery store I go to is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. He is an "older" gentleman - always so chipper and polite .
His line is often the shortest . . . it's NOT because he's fast....
