Help! How do you get bolognese stains out of a cotton duvet cover?

I knew it would happen. Clumsy old me dropped her spaghetti bolognese on the duvet cover. It's 100% cotton, and cream in colour. I've washed it on a hot wash straightaway, but it's still stained. Any ideas? I can't be the first...

I've had an ebook published online for which I will get royalties, but are there any online publishers out there who give advances, or companies which pay you to write a book or something similar which they then publish...
