i wonder why some people choose to get married during sunrise and some during sunset? what do you think about this? and if ever you would get married would it be during sunrise or sunset and why?

will swimming make me loose weight?

i want to loose some weight and tone up by an exercise that i would enjoy doing and that would be swimming. but will it really help? because some say that swimming will make me look bigger just like the professional swimmer's...
