How do you make a lot of friends in just a day?

I just resumed college after 6 years of "hibernation" (so that would put me about 24 years old now)and students now are somewhat different to handle with compared to my time. Any advices from both clans?

tibzoy Inspiring! Most of my classmates are 17-year-olds and all they care about is online games. Perhaps, I should get involved with what's keeping them hooked (nowadays) all the time at school so I could get along. Thanks!

I can say that i'm happy with my life, but for some reason I sometimes think that there is something missing but you can't put your finger on it. Does anyone feel the same as I do?
