tonibuttah You have to do plyometric training. Get JUMPsoles. They help. Also you have to be explosive going up to the rim. All this will help in jumping higher.

tonibuttah I don't believe in curses. But this team is cursed. They finally got a good draft pick. (Blake Griffin) , and look what happens to him. He gets injured for a whole season. So , I couldn't be lead to believe that this team isn't cursed.
