tzmmmm I use IE,Firefox,Mozilla,Opera,Safari and Netscape.That's because I am studying JavaScript which implement differently in different browsers,especially IE! When I use these browsers,I found IE is most frequently attacked by virus .

tzmmmm I always sleep 6 hours and it's enough to me.When I can't sleep,I will close my eyes and think that's a break for eyes too,and I will tell myselt do not think anything else.Otherwise,I suggest you that drinking a cup of milk before sleep may help.
