uditrastogi as i am an engineering student so I rarely get a chance for exercise, but whenever I get a chance i never let it go away. but i think i am a sports person too so i used to get my exercise from my sports. i am also aware of YOGA so it depends upon availability...

uditrastogi it is one of the bad habits of the guys to make fun of someone shaggy but what can a person do about his shape? it is natural and no one can change his shape doesn't matter he is lean or fat.
