i am suffering from constipation from last 1year .i use laxative daily . but now their effect is reducing . i tried to eat only veg .take more amount of water daily . but still not getting effect . tell me

varunmittalpresent i really love 2 of my friends . they try to help me in making some of important decision of my life without thinking of thre profit . so i sometimes share that things which i cant with my parents .

varunmittalpresent if u wanna be ahealthy persone u should stay away from polluted enviroments . tensions regarding ur job etc . make time tables , live a disciplined life . u must exersice daily .. and remember in this age u must eat more of protien items . stay away from...
