VISHAL82 It is truely said by u dat men r more gentle to females in comparison to females. I think female boss has d tendency to provoke easily on d female staff as comparison to d male staff while on d other hnd male boss r calm & quiet towards d female staff.....

With it now getting alot hotter every day i find it hard to keep cool.Even though there is alot of shade in the garden it is still too hot.We have ceiling fans in the house, but they do not seem to help much.

I hav never smoke till now. i m asking this question dat wat people get by smoking? Is they feel good or relaxed coz now adays there r many others things in order to feel good or relaxed. WHY..WHY..people choose only d ciagrattes...

VISHAL82 Hey Soleil, i think dat smokers has made this line "Smoking is a way to release 4m stress & boredom" in order to save themselves coz they don't accept dat they r doing a nuisance activity affecting not only themselves but also d peoples around them.
