How important is sleep to you?

As a young person I usually didn't get that much although I could if I wanted. Sometimes I slept for 12-15 hours on a week-end. Other times I could sleep that in one day, others I never got any on a week-end. With a mood disorder...

vishweshn well sleep is something that is needed to rest ones body...the mind is active even when one is asleep..i think it is important that a person gets a minimum of 6hrs sleep in a day...

vishweshn well i would first look at wat the job is.if it is interesting and challenging and also has a scope for me to become an expert in that field and also has a scope for growth and does not stagnate then i would take up the job.

vishweshn you can read J.R.R.Tolkiens Lord of the rings.It is a very good series.probably the best that i have read.You can also read the bourne series of books written by robert ludlum.
