vivekrumy actually even if they block the websites .. there are many ways to access those websites through proxies and softwares.. still they cant do anything to stop hackers.. and there are many reasons for that..

vivekrumy Yea format factory is a good and free software to combine subtitles with your movie. also nero does this , but i dont remember the exact steps on how to do it. good luck.
