Whom do You confide to???

When you feel distressed and lonely whom do you call out for? About me, I confide to God. I find it hard to express what pain I'm feeling to a person so i always speak it out to God and surprisingly i feel better soon after that.

vjnspp I make friends with people with whom im comfortable with. Ease of communication is the second factor and third and last factor is trustworthiness cos I am quite secretive and independent.
