weng0000 Actually, it happens also to me before. Their customer support are just fine. If you ask questions for them, they will reply you right away. Try contacting them also if the suggestion above won't work.

weng0000 I am also in Philippines and still wake up here also. :-) I usually sleep around 2-3am but i wake up at 10am. Just read some books and it makes you feel sleep. ;-)
