I have a cup of hot tea. And then I also take a shower as that does help. My Son is the other way around he takes a shower to wake up. I have alway's taken one as I'm dirty or to sleep. So Yes the tea helps me as well. Grandma...

wew0nz maybe they watched a tv show and it was on there but they werent really watching so they did not remeber it much but if they went to that place it might remind them of what they saw but they forgot what they whatc so they put themselves there instead
