winlori tap water is the worst it has all chemicals and if you live on a well your gonna get sick. stick to bottle at least you know it is fresh and purifyed

winlori try a gallon of water and walking for 30 a day and don't eat after 6 pm it worked for me but still eat your normal 3 meals but add the water and the walking 30 mins. in the am or after dinner good luck
