wiresurge Yes I'm totally with you on that one also. People take figures from Media, News and Government -when we all know that crap is pumped to begin with. Secondly instead of worrying about smoking, I think we should all worry about what we are drinking and eating...

Does anyone know if Omega 3 vitamin supplements cause you to get fat? I have started taking Omega 3's for about 2 months now, and I'm not sure if it is causing me to put on a bit of weight. Does anyone else have this problem?

wiresurge What do you currently take for your anxiety? I'm currently taking clonazepam, but I don't think its working? I think it makes me more anxious or too tired to care about the rest of the day... lol.

wiresurge Yeah I had to have my dosages up'd quite a bit over time that is. Im currently taking 300mg, and I think thats doing me pretty good for now. I also take allot of extra vitamin supplements, like vit D, and OMEGA 3,6 & 9. I find over a course of time it helps....
