What you do when you feel low?

wulikanhua Thank you for your advice.Here is a good news.My husband had said he will give up smoking in two months.Today he smoked only two pieces.I think it's a good beginning.Though he had stopping smoking several times.I wish it to be success again.Give me wishes.:)
