coolseeds This is what has helped me. Do not drink diet soft drinks. The fake sugar can cause bipolar symptoms. Limit your intake of caffeine. Take vitamins and eat healthy. Fruits and veggie are great. Do not eat hot dogs. Avoid alcohol and other drugs....
