xtm1986 You could eat more vegetables and fruits.If your nutrition is enough for your body,you don't care about your weight.A healthy body depends upon your weight,so you should exercise more.

xtm1986 Your daughter and granddaughter are very luck.They both have a good grandfather.When I was a child,my friends and I built a straw house in the field,then we palyed in it till our parents call us back.
