Yen B Hi, Notes on a Nervous Planet by Matt Haig is a good book to start. The Great Mental Models: Decision Making, Logical-Analysis, Problem-Solving, and Increasing Your Brain Power by Tommy Tedford is a good read too

Yen B I compare words letting out of of mouth as a double edged sword. I used to remember this when I am growing up. We have to be mindful of what we speak of. When we speak ill of others and only think about yourself, I think this behavior shows lack of maturity....
