What are some board games that are good for adults?

I love board games and I am looking for new ones to buy. Already have Monopoly and Scrabble so please give me some other options? Should be suitable for people who are over 20 :)

When do you decorate your house for Christmas?

We decorate our apartment on 6th December...this is our tradition. But how about you guys? When do you decorate the place for the holidays and how long do you leave the decoration on before you put it back? :) Happy holidays...
