Split ends ....never ends.....

Whats the best way to get rid of split ends in your hair...Ladies please share some tips ....i try to trim my hair but somehow the split ends never wanna leave my hair alone....please help me by your suggestions

During my internship, i found that usually children afraid with needles (shot). Dont talk about needles, just seeing the doctor around with his white gown, and they will feel uneasy. It seemed that they will be eaten by the doctor...
