What kind of cooking oil will you use?

I like just Vegetable Oil, I don't like nothing else. I iknow some people prefer to cook with Olive Oil, they say it is much healther. So what do you think?

yytan77 I usually use palm oil because Olive oil is expensive. I have used sunflower, canola and soya bean oil before, however they made my kitchen's sticky.
