Last week I bought some dry rosemary. I use it to make my roasted chicken. Now it is resting on my shelf. I could not think of any other way of using it other than roasting. Do you have any suggestion?

zalilame True. I did try to make fondant once and it turned out horrible. I got scarred because the sugar popped and fell onto my arm. Next time I will research well before trying out any recipe.

zalilame I usually have finely sliced shallots, garlic, ginger, fermented soy bean, cucumber, some fish and tamarind juice. For some heat we add in a lot of green chilies as well as onions.
