Is there a way to stop being a light sleeper?

I am a rly light sleeper, everything seems to wake me up or disturbe me so even though i sleep fr 8 hours I get hardly any rest. I have thought about hypnotism but there is no way I could relax enough to let a person I dont know...

zariel09 I have been thrugh every herbal remedy i can find and they all work for a few weeks then the effects start to ware off. ~When I was in my teens i slept with music on but i hav a partner now and he cant sleep with the noise

zariel09 Inner definatly. I think that before you can connect to the things outside your sphear of infulence you first have to connect with whats inside of yourself (the good, the bad and the ugly ;)) and understand and accept it.

How much can you drink before you consider yourself DRUNK?

I consider myself drunk when I start to lose control of my co-ordination. I can usually drink about four Caesars (the kind in the bottle). Drank 5 once, and had a hell of a hangover the next day, so I am going to limit myself...

zariel09 I dont like getting drunk, tipsy (when ur just feeling happy and relaxed) is good though. Tbh it all depends on what i drin, 2 glasses of champers and I'm done but i can drink cocktails like there is no tomorow and just feel merry :)
