A good interval training routine?

I exercise cardio 20 minutes a day. I do 4 minutes steady and one minute all-out every fifth minute. Can anyone suggest alternate exercise/interval routine to get the most of my 20 minutes?

zdrolp I would like some recipes. I love vegetarian Indian cuisine. I've made Aloo Gobi, Saag Paneer and Samosas with good luck. One that I would really love to perfect is Channa Masala, I've tried it half a dozen times and never once came close to a keeper.
