zeal_jason I think the six month old rule doesn't effect me since google didn't not mention it in the reasons.What i get is the personal details stuff and i don't understand what they want.

zeal_jason I apply from the monetize tab.I also confuse by google because the system didn't give a detail reason just like what happen in your case.
