I'm planning to quit smoking. Has anyone here quit successfully? If so, can you share your advice on how to quit and stay off?

zenguy Hi, thanks for your response. Here is what I plan to use when I quit. I also used this to stop another bad habit cold turkey a few years ago: http://rational.org I am always looking for more tips on successful quitting, but I know the ideas at that site...

Herbal supplements for anxiety

Has anyone had any luck with herbal products for anxiety and panic? I've been trying Valerian, and it seems to be somewhat helpful.

zenguy The thing it, it's just like the guy above said - if you want to make serious money online, it's going to take serious time. Unfortunately, it doesn't always make sense to think about spending more free time at home by working online.
