I'm planning to quit smoking. Has anyone here quit successfully? If so, can you share your advice on how to quit and stay off?

Has anyone had any luck with herbal products for anxiety and panic? I've been trying Valerian, and it seems to be somewhat helpful.

zenguy The thing it, it's just like the guy above said - if you want to make serious money online, it's going to take serious time. Unfortunately, it doesn't always make sense to think about spending more free time at home by working online.

zenguy A knife. It has lots of useful functions. Cell phones and wallets are very unlikely to be useful on a deserted island.

zenguy It depends. Most of the time, you need a real job to make decent money online. It needs to be a paid permanent or temporary position where you are working for a company for a set rate of pay. If you can find something like that, you can do okay. Such jobs...
